• Document upload and processing
• AI-driven analysis against educational quality indicators
• Report generation and export
• Optional Google Drive integration for file import

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• One account per organization unless otherwise agreed

4. Subscriptions and Payment

4.1 Free Tier

We offer a limited free tier that includes:

• Access to a subset of quality indicators
• Limited document uploads
• Basic report generation

4.2 Paid Subscriptions

• Paid plans provide access to all indicators and features
• Pricing is based on document volume as described on our pricing page
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled

4.3 Refund Policy

• Refund requests must be submitted to support@schoolqualityreview.ai
• Refunds apply only to the most recent billing period
• No refunds for partial months or after 30 days

5. Your Content

5.1 Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to the documents and content you upload ("Your Content"). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to:

• Process and analyze Your Content to provide the Service
• Store Your Content on our servers
• Generate reports and assessments based on Your Content

5.2 Your Responsibilities

You represent and warrant that:

• You have the right to upload and share Your Content
• Your Content does not violate any laws or third-party rights
• Your Content does not contain malware or harmful code
• You have obtained necessary consents for any personal information in Your Content

5.3 Prohibited Content

You may not upload content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, or fraudulent
• Infringes intellectual property rights
• Contains personally identifiable student information without proper authorization
• Violates FERPA or other educational privacy laws

6. AI-Generated Content

• AI assessments are informational tools, not definitive evaluations
• We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated reports
• You are responsible for verifying AI outputs before use
• AI-generated content should supplement, not replace, professional judgment

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use automated tools to access the Service without permission
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Use the Service to develop competing products

8. Intellectual Property

• The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Qualivai Inc.
• Our trademarks and branding may not be used without permission
• The indicator framework and assessment methodology are our proprietary property
• You may use generated reports for your internal purposes

9. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services including:

• Google Cloud Platform and Google Drive
• Stripe for payment processing
• Clerk for authentication

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• MERCHANTABILITY
• FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
• NON-INFRINGEMENT
• ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF AI-GENERATED CONTENT

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for any decisions made based on AI-generated reports
• We are not liable for actions of third-party service providers

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Qualivai Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your Content
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights

13. Termination

• You may cancel your account at any time through the Service settings
• We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately
• We will retain your data for 30 days after termination, then delete it
• Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive

14. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by:

• Posting the updated Terms on this page
• Updating the effective date
• Sending email notification for significant changes

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Governing Law and Disputes
